For Prospective Students:
Applicants are expected to have a background in coursework in religious studies and to evidence preparation for the interests they want to pursue in doctoral studies.
Those wishing to explore virtue ethics in medieval Islam, or the relationship between ethical cultivation and religious piety and practice in the Islamic world are welcome to apply, as are those interested in other religious traditions.
