Getting to Brown: 

If arriving by car:

If arriving by air, there are two options:

Providence TF Green Airport (PVD): 10 miles south of Brown

Boston Logan Airport (BOS): Approximately an hour’s drive OR 2 hours by public transit (take the Silver Line bus from Logan to Boston South Station, then the commuter rail from South Station to Providence. For more information and timetables, visit the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority website.

If arriving by train: 

The Providence train station is served by Amtrak and the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA), which provides service between Boston and Providence. The station is a short walk or taxi ride to campus. Multiple ride-hailing services also operate in the city.
